We’re very proud to announce the addition of two of our latest SparQle Connects: DeAnnah Stinson Reese and Keyonna A. Monroe. We’re especially happy because both of these two professional powerhouses will be helping us flesh out our Leadership Coaching as well as our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion programs with their extensive and impressive backgrounds in these fields.
Can we please continue the conversation about diversity, equity, and inclusion beyond the happenings and hype of 2020? If so, and if you feel like this is exactly what we need to be doing — please, read on.
Why diversity and inclusion matter to SparQle
Diversity is a Superpower — for teams and organizations — and such has been proven time and time again by researchers in the field. Teams that are cognitively and ethnically diverse get better results in terms of innovation, accuracy, and financial KPIs.
Companies that invest in becoming truly inclusive have a much better chance of getting the best results from the diversity present in their workforce.
Makes sense, right? The more different voices get to be heard, the better the stories we can tell. For us at SparQle, diversity and inclusion are so important that we decided to make it a part of our mission statement when we first wrote it down:
“SparQle helps people and organizations to find and to forge their unique, authentic identity — from the richness of diversity — allowing their true selves to SparQle. To tell their story and connect from there. We help strengthen your brand — by strengthening your people and their connection to your brand. To help you shine, connect, and grow.”
Why? We hold a firm belief in the power of diversity for brands. We are a very diverse group of founders, and it is precisely the connection in the similarities, and the addition of the differences in angles, passions and talents in our team, that make SparQle what it is. And in our vision, the same goes for every organization, and for every brand.
From diversity, to unity; then to unicity, connection, and growth.
Because of the importance we place on diversity and inclusion for brands — and in our vision, for the building of brands and company culture from the inside out — we’re extremely happy to be introducing the latest additions o our team. Meet our new Connects: DeAnnah Stinson Reese and Keyonna A. Monroe.
